When you sign up with Active Web Hosting, your CGI account and server will not be active unless you request a CGI account. After that, you can use the following steps to retrieve your CGI account information at any time:

1. Log into the Account Administration System using your domain name and domain password.

2. Scroll down the page to the Domain Information area near the bottom of the page.

3. Click on your domain name.

4. Scroll down to the CGI Accounts area. You will see the CGI host name, CGI username and CGI password you are to use in your FTP program. Note that these are usually different from your normal FTP information.
